- In a mixing bowl add paneer,lemon juice,ginger paste,black pepper,onion powder, salt and mix well.
- Marrinate for 30 min.
- Take a pan,Add water,oil, salt,noodles and mix well. and Bring it to a boil. Remove it from the heat And drain the noodles.
- Transfer it in a bowl and add corn flour and mix well. Sprread it on a plate. And rest for 30 min.
- Meanwhile marinate paneer coat with roasted papad churi for more crisp.
- NowTake a skewer and pick it in the paneer cube.
- Lay few stands of long noodles straight place paneer cube at one of noodle sand rotate completely wrapping paneer with noodles.
- Heat oil in a pan. Deep fry these untill turns golden brown and crisp.
- Drain it on Tissue paper.
- Serve with chutney or sauce..
